Doedijns introduces the SITE Compact Actuator series

Doedijns is pleased to introduce our new SITE Compact Actuator series, in-house developed and produced. Our standard range comprises pneumatic and hydraulic, spring return and double acting quarter turn actuators. The main feature of our
SITE Compact Actuator is its compact design that reduces outline dimensions up to 70% compared to a conventional scotch-yoke actuator without any compromise to quality and reliability. A perfect solution when available space is limited while maximum safety and reliability are required such as applications on F(P)SO’s and oil/gas platforms.

Besides the standard range, our SITE Compact Actuator can also be engineered to your specifications. Please consult our sales department about the possibilities: e.g. rotation angles up to 180°, extreme temperature ranges, all stainless steel outer parts, custom valve interface, custom height and width, position feedback on the side and high cycle option.
A brief technical specification of the standard range SITE Compact Actuators
* Pneumatic and hydraulic operated, spring return or double acting.
* Rotation angle: 90° with travel adjustment of +/- 3°.
* Torque range from 250 Nm up to 32,000 Nm.
* Standardised valve interface (ISO 5211) and accessory interface (NAMUR).
* Internal tie-bars provide a smooth outside surface that ensures long lasting
coating, hence better corrosion resistance.
* Removable drive coupling, allowing quick and easy modification to match the valve
stem.
* The SITE Compact Actuators can be provided with position feedback/indicators,
mounting kits and complete control systems.
* Compact design reduces dimensions up to 70% compared to a conventional scotch-
yoke actuator.
